Due to there being more than one nomination for certain committee positions if you cannot attend the AGM you can fill in the proxy voting form.
This gives the person that you nominate on the proxy voting form approval to vote on your behalf at the AGM
You will need to print off the proxy voting form and email back to the secretary at least seven days prior to AGM
